Agenda:
There are so many idea in everyone’s mind. Few of them receive some effort and become start-up. Few of the start-ups survive beyond their infancy and even fewer go on to become a success. We say that is the usual “funnel” phenomena and propagate that innovation inevitably generates wastage as a by-product.
Different Experts show different pie charts and graphs on why ideas or start-ups fail. Some would put “Lack of Market” as the top reason, some would say “Timing”; some would suggest “Bad business model” and some other would place “Cash crunch” as the top reason.
However, there is one practice that can be your saviour to a large extent. And that practice is Validation. Moreover it can even turn an apparent failure into a success as we learn many valuable lessons at very low cost. Even if the idea seems highly unfeasible, we can cut the losses before committing much resources to it, by validating it beforehand.
