Refactoring 'Python Spaghetti Code’ Everywhere!

Details
Hello everyone! We have an update to our schedule. We have to switch our presenters the upcoming two weeks. Ernest will present this week and Chris is scheduled for next week. Here's more information about Ernest's presentation for Saturday.
Many Python programmers say that procedural programming is the right “Pythonic” way to write a Python code, is this correct? How about a real Object-Oriented Programming for real production-enterprise application development and deployment? Here are the main Python programming issues found in Google: 1. Top-Down programming style – general apply to procedures programming, 2. Hardcode numerical and string parameter and hyperparameter values, 3. No error handling implementation, 4. No Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) development, 5. No unit-test nowhere, 6. No developer and user documentation; and much more. Ernest will provide a good programming comparison between procedural programming vs object-oriented programming. We would like to have a very serious and open discussion about this important topic. Come and bring your ideas, we would like to listen to you and learn from your experiences.
We'll have a 30-minute demo and at the end of our session, we'll brainstorm and vote on new interesting topic ideas for upcoming presentations. The winning idea will get the innovator of the week.
Join the fun!
