'The Hooping Life' film screening + hoop jam time!

That's right, all stars, we're hosting a film screening of the fabulous hooping documentary (The Hooping Life (http://spanproductions.com/film/)) and a bad ass hoop jam to follow it.

The film covers the stories of 6 hoopers who's lives have changed after stepping into the hoop. From a Hollywood raver, an inner-city teacher, a transgender performer, a television actress, a Southern male preacher, the hoop is a muse.

Shaquille O'Neal (yeah, THAT one (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shaquille_O'Neal)) introduces the flick and rockin' beats from the Basement Jaxx make it a groovin' good time.

Bring your hoops along - or be a voyeur and enjoy the show. All are welcome, so bring every cool person you know. This film will get you pumped up, feeling great and ready to hoop your heart out. You'll dig the hoopers we've got strutting their stuff, too!

We'll be taking over Numbers night club (http://www.numbersnightclub.com) on Westheimer, it's going to be awesome. The bar will be open, should you require libation. Lots of cool people, some hoops for sale and general fabulousness.

There are some risers in the back of the club, but if you want a chair-chair you might wanna' bring one.
