Team Building Tool: Belbin Team Roles

This month’s program repeats a very engaging session in Orlando last month that explored a powerful team building tool called Belbin Team Roles. Dr. Meredith Belbin was a professor at a leading UK business school who asked the question, “What makes some teams more successful than others?” He studied teams of MBA students who competed against each other and identified 9 team roles highly correlated with success. Meeting attendees will have the opportunity to take a free pencil and paper version of the Belbin Team Roles Inventory. We will then use this data to create a team roles grid and learn how to potentially use this powerful tool in your organizations.
