Brooklyn CARES, an affiliate of National CARES Mentoring Movement, is dedicated to recruiting and connecting mentors with local, youth-serving and mentoring organizations to help guide struggling black and brown children to academic and social success, and to closing the huge gap between the relatively few mentors of color and millions of our vulnerable children.

The purpose of this event is to connect your students to potential local employers, internship providers, colleges, and to assist students with resume writing and other resources. Students are encouraged to bring their resumes and portfolios to share with our Job Fair participants.

The Job Fair schedule includes two duplicate sessions, at 9:00am and then at 1:00pm. Students should bring their own lunch. Lunch will not be provided:

10:00am–12:00pm – Session 1

12:00pm-1:00pm: Lunch Break - BYOBB

1:00pm-5:00pm – Session 2
