Tuesday Evening Insight Meditation Sangha

The Amelia Insight sitting group (Sangha) meets every Tuesday at the Dome Healing Center, Amelia Island, from 7:30 to 9:15 pm. We start with a reading and discussion of a verity of material related to the practice and philosophy of Insight Meditation and mindfulness, followed by a 45 min. sitting (30 +15 min.). A Sangha is a "practice community" that supports mindfulness and meditation practice. It is a community of friends practicing the Dharma together in a supportive environment, in order to bring about and maintain awareness.
