Medina Ice Festival

The 18th Medina Ice Festival will be held Feb 17-20 at the historic Medina square. There are carving competitions (including Olympic medal winner Aaron Costic from Elegant Ice) on Saturday and Sunday, as well as many displays located around the square. And there are many places around the square to stop and warm up if the weather is dicey. So please charge up your batteries, clean your lens, and pack your mittens and gloves and join us for a relaxing afternoon of interesting art, friendship, and conversation!

Meeting Location: Northwest corner of Medina Square in front of Whitey’s Army-Navy store (2 Public Square Medina Ohio 44256)Saturday, February 18th

Theme: "Ice" (shots of ice sculptures or ice carvers at work)

Schedule:

2:00 ~ 2:15 Meet in front of Army Navy store 2:15 ~ 2:20 Explanation of day's activities and club
2:20 ~ 4:00 In groups or by oneself, explore and take photos
4:00 ~ 4:10 Meet back at designated location

4:10 ~ ?? Go to local restaurant or coffee shop and share photos
