This is the monthly meeting of Modern Minimalism (4th Thursdays). It's online.
Joshua Becker is one of the pioneers of Minimalism. He’s written articles and given lectures on the subject. One particular article that I find helpful is the “21 Benefits of Owning Less”. This is a short article, but each of the 21 items is clickable, so you can read in-depth. In other words, it’s an interactive article, which allows you to focus on the areas that are important to you. In this discussion (part 1), we’ll cover aspects of Minimalism like productivity, stress, and freedom. Hope you can join us!!

Our group enjoys open-minded, respectful conversations on Minimalism and how it relates to science, culture, philosophy, other belief systems, and even pop culture (books and movies). Sometimes "we agree to disagree", but the long-term goal is to improve our minds via group discussions.
In general, Minimalism teaches us how to manage our possessions, our time, and how to find purpose and meaning in our lives.
