Maker Faire San Diego (http://sandiego.makerfaire.com/) is back! Volunteer (http://sandiego.makerfaire.com/volunteer/) to help make the Greatest Show and Tell on Earth happen in Balboa Park!
Friday, September 30, 8 am - 7 pm (ALL SETUP)
Saturday, October 1, 7 am - 6:30 pm (Setup 7 - 10 am, Faire 10 am - 6 pm, closing down 6-6:30 pm)
Sunday, October 2, 7 am - 10:00 pm (Setup 7-10 am, Faire open 10 am - 6 pm, Teardown 6-10 pm)
We need volunteers to assist with Set-up, Tear-down, Maker Exhibitors, Maker Faire Attendees and staff members while the event is up and running. To volunteer you must be 16 yrs or older, have a positive, hardworking attitude and a desire to share your love of making.
Not sure what volunteers at Maker Faire do? Don't worry, you'll learn all you need to know about volunteering at your two-hour training session before the event. You can get more info about volunteer jobs here (http://sandiego.makerfaire.com/volunteer/). Volunteers will receive free admission and two free tickets to give to friends!
All volunteers must attend ONE of the orientation sessions:
• Saturday, September 24, at 2 pm at the Automotive Museum
• Thursday, September 29 at 6:30 pm at the Automotive Museum
