Cuddle Party & Touch lab - Windsor CT, Sunday Sept. 24

Hi everyone,!

This month, on Sunday September 24, I am offering two events that go well together. The first is a 'touch lab', exploring the practice grounding & centering before exploring what touch is. The second event is my monthly Cuddle Party. (Since flu season is upon us both events will require proof of a negative covid test. )

*NEW* Touch lab 2pm-3pm
In this one hour lab we will give people the opportunity to get in touch with their bodies (pun intended), before connecting with others allowing for a deeper more meaningful way. Concepts we will be exploring are: taking an internal moment, Body scanning, different types of touch, and your touch story. This class is offered before cuddle parties for those who would like extra time spent becoming comfortable, body centered and enjoying community. This is a nonsexual event.
Class size is limited to 10 people. Suggested donation $10

Cuddle Party! 4pm-7:30pm
Doors open at 3pm. Drive to the Park-n-ride and arrive by Cuddle Shuttle. You will receive further instruction when you register.
Join us in the cuddle space as we gather for a consent workshop learning about and practicing our yes's, no's and negotiating. Then we go over the rules of cuddling before entering into nourishing touch time which we call 'freestyle cuddling'.
