Styling Party and Product Swap

This is always the most popular meetup each year. It's that time for you to show of how you style your hair on a fellow group member. Have no clue on new styles for your natural hair, this is the time to show up for a meetup so that you can see and learn styling techniques for yourself.

We will hopefully have a stylist or two present to show us tip on styling. If you have a particular hairstyle that you are willing to demonstrate to the group, please let me know in your RSVP. If you are willing to be a hair model, also indicate such in your RSVP.

What is a PRODUCT SWAP ? It's an opportunity for you to off load some the the hair care products in your closet or medicine cabinets that have not worked on your hair. Everyone who contributes to the swap has first pick on the products. (Hint, hint! I suggest that you attend this meetup on time and bring something to contribute if you want the best pickings!!) Those that bring a product will have a chance to swap their product for a product brought by another member. Those that do not bring a product will have a chance to pick something once those that brought a product have a chance to pick one and if there is product leftover. We ask that you please bring products that are at least half full. Almost completely used product will not be accepted. If you are a mixtress, like myself, and have an ingredient that you would like to donate to the swap, that will be acceptable.

We are looking for a place to host this meetup that will allow for longer than 2 hours. If you would like to open up your home or apartment club house to the group, please send me an email directly from my profile page. If you know of a place that is inexpensive to host a large group, contact me with that information.
