8 Week Chakra Healing Journey

Are you ready to journey into healing & expanded possibility?

As we grow and develop from infancy into our adult years, experiences we have create blocks in the energy centers we call “chakras”. These blocks can keep us from living joyful lives.

Discover and release blocks in the 7 primary chakras to experience deep healing on all levels.

You’ll learn simple activities that can be done daily to keep your chakras open and flowing freely, creating the possibility of optimal health, contentment & possibility.

WEEK 1: Overview of chakras & what impacts chakra health.

WEEKS 2 – 8: We will focus on individual chakras, moving from the root to the crown.

EACH WEEK participants will be guided through meditation, energy exercises, sound & essential oils techniques to identify & clear blocks to open into more expansive energy.

Thursdays, September 5th – October 24th, 7 – 8pm

8 Group Sessions:
Energy Investment: $200

If you'd like to attend the first week to see if this feels right for you before committing to the 8 week course, you may do that for $37. If you choose to continue, you may pay the balance of $163 that evening. Contact me to make arrangements for this option.

You may also jump in and attend any of the individual weeks for $37. Contact me for payment or with questions.

If you prefer, you may follow this program as private sessions.
Private sessions include Reiki empowerments & crystal work.

8 Private Sessions:
$640 – onetime payment or $100 per session
Private Sessions may be scheduled:
Tuesdays – Thursdays & Saturdays, between 10am – 8pm
