ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED FOR JUNE 11 AND CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER - WE'RE GOING TO TRY THIS AGAIN...HOPE THE WEATHER PERMITS.
WHAT WE WILL DO: We will have dinner at The Flying Fish, followed by some fun and laughs as we try our mini-golf skills at Bogey's Sports Bar & Mini Golf. Playing is lots of fun. After playing a round of golf, we may stop at Bogey's Sports Bar for a beverage (or maybe we'll just head to Tybee??!!)
The Flying Fish, where we will have dinner, is located just before the Bull River Bridge on the way to Tybee Island Beach. Only 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Savannah and 20 minutes from the Southside. Dining is very casual and live music is on their calendar for the evening.
Bogey's Sports Bar & Mini Golf is literally across the parking lot from the Flying Fish. The cost to play a round of golf: $11.00+ tax. They're open til 3:00 am and they supply the clubs and the balls. We supply the skill (Ha!).
WHERE TO FIND US: We'll meet at the Flying Fish (address below). Look for us on the parking lot.
WHAT TO WEAR: We will be outdoors while eating and golfing, so please dress appropriately for the HOT weather. Shorts are always okay in my book 😎.
PARKING: Parking is free at the restaurant and at Bogey's but sometimes not plentiful.
RIDE SHARE: Ride sharing is always encouraged.
WEATHER: Please check the weather before leaving for this event. At the time of writing the weather is forecast to be hot -- it's Georgia folks. In the event of rain, we may reschedule this event.
