Nemanja Boric: Exploring Phobos while implementing Postgresql Protocol

Nemanja Boric will be doing a talk on his experience exploring Phobos while implementing a Postgresql on-wire protocol and client API. This is a pioneer D2 project for a D1 programmer (https://github.com/Burgos/postgres-native) that allowed him to peek into various D2 features: powerful static introspection and metaprogramming capabilities, using ranges in both implementation and the API, UDAs, utilities such as (Ref)Appender, variadic types, non-verbose endianes handling, and more.
