Bill Southworth: CEO of Elecyr Corporation, manufacturer of products for Microgrid power applications. Bill is a serial entrepreneur and is looking to transform the renewable power industry with his latest entrepreneurial idea.

David Feldman: Partner at Richardson & Patel, author, and award-winning finance blogger. Along with working with Congress and the SEC to develop Crowdfunding laws, David is considered one of the country's leading experts on entrepreneurship, small company finance and alternatives to traditional IPOs.
