Trying something new for our monthly events. Introducing our new series ECOMsquare Flash Talks - an opportunity to hear and connect with ecommerce leaders in Vancouver. A space to share any insights and resources that could be helpful for other fellow ecommerce founders/owners, service providers, professionals and students interested in this field.

EVENT FORMAT:
Like always, we'll start with some mingling and networking over drinks and light snacks.

We'll have 2-3 industry experts/thought leaders take the "stage", each armed with 5-10 minutes to share their game-changing strategies, trends, and secrets for ecommerce success. After each talk, you'll have 10 minutes to dive deeper into the topic with the speakers during the Q&A session.

And we'd like to close the night with a quick community pulse check. Here's your opportunity to share with the rest of us any project, challenge, event, campaign, etc. you have going on. Need feedback, advice, connections, and more? This is your time to let us know how we can support you.

SPEAKERS:

• Steve Krueger is an 8x founder, investor, serial entrepreneur, and the visionary force behind ECOMsquare and JIBE. With a keen focus on the e-commerce sector, Steve brings his wealth of experience and insights to early-stage founders, helping them build and scale successful, digitally-focused, businesses. ⁠

• Rafael Gi is currently working as Senior Director of Brand at Rove Concepts. He specializes in organizing information, finding those hidden nuggets of insights and communicating them in an impactful way. He's a leading voice in conversations around brand positioning and messaging, customer insights and segmentation, go-to-market strategy, brand strategy and digital marketing.

• Wei Lin co-founded Lightheart Management Partners (LMP), the primary firm that seeded Mantaro. Wei invests in, advises, and governs several leading venture and growth stage companies across consumer brands, media, healthcare, and non-profit services. Prior to LMP, he held leadership positions at CPS Capital and McKinsey and Company.
