Chatbots are taking over

I have a pleasure of inviting you to our first eHealth meet-up. Join us for a discussion about how Chat and AI technology is transforming healthcare.

We are excited to have Marc Lenselink talk about his involvement in developing and piloting a Chatbot for doctors.

Our second speaker Erwin van Lun predicted in 2004 a tremendous growth of chatbots in his book on the future of branding and in 2008 he started Chatbots.org, a global community resource on the topic. Now all of his future predictions came true, he is back on stage to help organizations and individuals to anticipate the future.

The third speaker is Ivor Rothwell. He is the Technical Specialist at IBM Nederland, for Watson Applications and Solutions. For most midsize and enterprise companies, the sales and customer service landscape involves a number of unpredictable channels, slow resolution times, and the feeling that ''no one really cares about me''. Let's talk about an assistant that users will actually want to use!

As usual, there will be time for general discussion along with drinks and nibbles.
