Nick Schiffer, founder of NS Builders, joins us as special guest speaker for this amazing event!

His current project, 45 White Oak in Wellesley, is a $12M, 8,000-square-foot home designed with Of Possible that redefines what a spec house can be. Most builder-grade homes chase square footage and finishes that look good in photos but don’t stand the test of time. Nick is flipping that model: every decision at 45 White Oak has been made with performance, design integrity, and longevity in mind — from triple-pane European windows and Petersen Tegl brick to White Oak interiors and energy efficiency that rivals commercial standards.
Why? Because he sees a niche market that’s completely underserved.
There’s a growing pool of ultra-high-net-worth buyers who want the quality and lifestyle of a custom home but don’t want to spend years going through the emotional and logistical burden of the build process. They want a turnkey home — but not a compromise. That’s the market he is building for. Nick is creating a new category of inventory: move-in-ready homes that are as thoughtfully designed and constructed as if they were commissioned from the ground up.45 White Oak is the first of these, and his next project at 19 Ridge Hill Farm Road will build on the same model. Nick's goal is to create a portfolio of homes that reset expectations of what “builder grade” means in Boston and the surrounding markets.
