Have you been having issues with retrospectives?
Do they feel low energy and don't allow for team bonding?
Do they not improve processes and become complaining sessions?
Are they a waste of time?
Do actions not get taken or backfire completely?

We all know that this agile ceremony should never be skipped, but if most of us don't find it useful, why do we continue to do it?
Are we all just going retrospectives wrong?
We've seen plenty of reason why retrospectives aren't as useful as they should be.
Let's look back on what has happened and reflect on it; Let's retrospect!

About XTC

The eXtreme Tuesday Club (XTC) is London's oldest agile meetup, and has been meeting since 1999. Initially the meetup was focused on discussing Extreme Programming (XP), but it has expanded to include anything XP, agile, lean, or the larger context in which we do software development activities.

We welcome all software development newbies, practitioners, and experts to discuss topics of interest over drinks.
