What we’re about

EAA106 is the largest and one of the most active Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) chapters in New England (almost 200 members in MA, NH, RI, CT, and beyond). ~1/3 of our members have built or are building their own aircraft, ~1/3 are pilots of production aircraft (including CFIs & ATPs), and many are student pilots, aviation veterans, mechanics, and aviation enthusiasts! We host monthly aviation presentations/seminars covering a wide array of topics, host an annual fly-in with ~ a dozen free seminars, the NorthEast LSA (Light Sport Aircraft) Expo, New England tour stops of EAA's B-17 and 1929 Ford Tri-Motor, fly youth (ages 8-17) for free flight experiences as “Young Eagles”, and award an annual youth scholarship. Most events (not all) are at the Lawrence Municipal Airport (LWM), No. Andover, MA. EAA106 is an educational 501(c)(3) public charity based in Massachusetts.
