This month's video scenario: our pilot is making an afternoon flight in a Cessna 182 Skylane. The pilot is competent and current, but has fewer than ten hours in the type. While this is a straightforward VFR flight that is expected to take slightly less than three hours, what precautions can be taken to mitigate the lack of experience in this specific type? How can you prepare for a potential emergency in an unfamiliar airplane? What would you do?
