Join us for a relaxed May Bank Holiday walk at one of West London’s genuine hidden gems – Horsenden Hill, Perivale, Ealing. We’ll take a gentle walk across the hill, enjoy the views, and explore the farm area – a great way to spend a spring Saturday outdoors.
🚶‍♂️ The Plan
11.15 am – Optional - come meet us outside Ealing Broadway tube (Marks and Spencer's at the tube) , then walk to Bus stop for 297 Bus.
12 noon – Gather at outside benches of Horsenden Farm Café/ coffee area.
12.30ish – Start the Walk – Explore the Gruffalo Tour woodland trail, walk to summit for panoramic views.
1.45 pm- Go see Beaver Reserve.
3ish – Return to Horsenden Farm Café/ Perivale Brewery (open til 8) for refreshments
🌼 Why come?
Horsenden Hill is a real urban escape
full of wildlife, history and open space.
It’s one of those places that doesn’t feel like London once you’re up there.
At the farm, we can check out:

  • The Horsenden Loaf – great coffee, pastries & baked goods
  • Perivale Brewery – small-batch local beers
  • Seasonal veg stall (if open)

🚍 Getting there

  • Bus 297 from Ealing, Wembley or Willesden stops nearby
  • Easy to reach from Perivale / Greenford / Ealing

We’ll likely head to a nearby pub after if you want to join.
