Victoria Tsoy is an award-winning property developer, entrepreneur, investor, and mentor based in Oxfordshire. As the founder of Tsoy Limited, she has built a multimillion-pound property business delivering, with £35M GDV delivered to date and a £20M pipeline over the next 12 months.
Holding a PhD in Economics, with academic foundations in social anthropology and finance, Victoria specialises in residential new builds, land acquisition, planning uplift, and land promotion. Her developments are recognised for design-led craftsmanship and long-term thinking, integrating sustainable technologies such as solar power, air-source heat pumps (ASHP), and EV-ready infrastructure.
