Immanuel Ezekiel has a career in property that has spanned over 30 years. He has successfully navigated 3 major downturns through a combination prudent planning, robust structures and continuous controlled growth.
Since achieving Financial Independence, Immanuel has turned his attention to helping others and shared his knowledge in books such as Six Steps to Financial Freedom and Wealth Beyond Money.
He also 'walked-the-talk' appearing on Channel 5’s Rich House Poor House where he was challenged to live on a frugal budget for a period of time to prove his philosophy of how to apply key principles of health, well-being and money management to improve almost any situation.
Having structured many successful deals for others, Immanuel has also been recognised in his own right when he was awarded Development Project of the Year. He additionally put another of his own deals under the spotlight on the Property Elevator Sky TV show and is one of the few to have received an offer of funding from every Property Elevator investor-dragon.
