We will trace the original path of the ancient Tyburn river originating in Hampstead and finishing in Pimlico by the Thames. Our 6 mile walk will take in Regents Park, Marylebone High Street, Oxford Street, Buckingham Palace, St James's Park and Pimlico. We will play walking detectives, searching out drains, ponds and a hidden conduit right in the heart of the West End. Nick has researched the route and will explain about the historical and architectural features on route. We will end at a riverside pub.
