Snow Lake backpacking trip

Nice easy backpacking trip to Snow Lake. We will leave from the Alpental parking lot and hike up to snow lake and set up camp. We will hike out to Gem Lake and explore the area then head back to camp. We will leave Sunday around noon. Please be sure to pack for winter camping since there is still snow. Bring an extra charge of clothes incase you get wet.

tent or hammock with under quilt
sleeping pad
water filter or enough water to be able to cook your food and have drinking water
hiking poles
micro spikes
food for dinner and breakfast
warm clothes
a warm sleeping bag
