We will play singles matches until the end of the reserved time. If you enjoy singles and want to have fun, please join us!

Please make sure to bring your tennis shoes and tennis racket ( The host will prepare the practice balls and 2 new balls for each court.)

Tokorozawa City Kitano Sogo Undojo Tennis Courts (The court number will be informed after approval.)

⚠️ Please note for those coming by train: If you need a ride from Kotesashi Station (on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line), please inform us when you apply and get confirmation. The earliest train from Ikebukuro to Kotesashi arrives at 5:54 AM.

For the bus: the first bus from Kotesashi Station departs at 6:15 AM and is scheduled to arrive at Kitano Sogo Undojo bus stop at 6:22 AM.
Please feel free to join us from 6:30.

For the return trip, please use the bus.

⚠️ Note about parking:
Please enter from the “Inarizaka” intersection (near Lawson Tokorozawa Kitano 3-chome store).
Your car navigation may direct you to the opposite side where vehicle entry is not possible. Please be careful.

6:00–8:00 AM or 6:00–9:00 AM
• Meet at the court at 5:55 AM.
• Warm-up starts around 6:00 AM (approx. 5 minutes for those who are ready).
• Matches start at 6:05 AM.

You’re welcome to join us starting at 6:30 or 7:00. ( please let us know in advance)

¥1000/person
• Payment at the start (PayPay or cash).
• When you apply, please specify whether you want to play for 2 hours or 3 hours.

Intermediate or above (under 65 years old). NTRP 3.5~5.0

🎾 Match Format
• 6 players/3 courts or 4 players/2 courts: 2 players/1 court, 6-game set, no-ad scoring.
• 5 players/2 courts or 3 players/1 court: Usually 4-game short set, no-ad, with 1 player resting. (Final format can be decided together.)

🏟️ Courts & Facilities
• Number of courts depends on participants.
• Free parking, vending machines (paid), restrooms, water, and free showers available (may be subject to restrictions).
• Please help prepare court brushes if the storage shutter is open (2 brushes per court).
• Singles poles are not set by default; if needed, please let us know.

• Cancellation will be decided about 60 minutes before start depending on conditions.
• Information will be posted on the event page and via group messages — please check.
• If rain is likely, an earlier cancellation may be decided.

📞 Cancellation Policy
• If you need to cancel on the day or the day before, please make sure to inform the organizer as soon as possible.
• Please avoid last-minute cancellations as they cause inconvenience for other participants.

⚠️ Important Notes
• Do your own warm-up exercises to prevent injuries.
• This is a privately organized event — participation is at your own risk.
• No insurance. Please be aware all injuries and losses are at your own risk.
• If courts are suddenly restricted due to a tournament, play may end at 8:00 AM (2 hours only).
• Additional courts (+1 court, +2 players) may be arranged if the event fills quickly. Please message if you wish to join after full capacity.
• The event may close early if all slots are filled on other sites as well.

• The event is hosted by a Japanese man in his 50S. ( Torii )
• Many participants are middle-aged men (30-60), but everyone who is intermediate level or higher is welcome-people of all ages and genders.
