Disaster, Recovery and Re-Build: Hurricane Impact on Tampa's Housing Market

These names will be etched into our memory for quite some time.

The past few weeks have been a very trying time for Tampa Bay and many other Florida residents.

Two Hurricanes in quick succession caused untold damage and loss for numerous homeowners. Renters were also effected.

People were effected in ways we couldn’t even imagine. Flooding occurred in areas that were no where near water or in flood zones.

I guess this was a wake up call for everyone.

This discussion will focus on the impact Hurricane Helene and Milton will have on our local Housing Market, how it will play out and what you can do to be a part of the recovery and re-building process.
