The Housing Market is "Broken": Discover the Broken Mortgage Movement

So we are finally done with all the election chaos, at least for a little while now.

It’s time to get focused and back to Real Estate business.

Nothing has really changed ……

We still have an affordability crisis …..

Mortgage Interest rates recently increased to around 7% …..

Existing Home Sales have slumped ….

New Construction remains too expensive for most Buyers ……

And local Homeowners are suffering from years of severe economic conditions and the fall out from 2 devastating Hurricanes.

In summary, it isn’t easy out there for anyone these days.

As far as I’m concerned, the Housing Market is broken.

The “American Dream” of homeownership is broken.

And Homeowner’s mortgages are broken.

It’s time to take a deep dive to figure out how we can “fix” all that is "broken" with the Housing Market. We will also discuss predictions and opportunities for 2025
