Shamanic Healing Meditation

This is a casual online meetup that is an excellent introduction to shamanic connection and healing. There will be a 15 minute guided somatic, sacred space journey into your inner landscape to explore, build awareness and set intentions.

Topics that may be discussed include: Grounding/ centering practices, astrological and wheel of the year influences, and working with animal and spirit guides. There will be space for personal sharing and Q&A towards the end.

Bring curiosity and an open mind and heart. Make sure you are in a private safe space for the call so you can go within and not be interrupted.
