Shamanic Healing Meditation for the Solar Eclipse

A guided meditation to call in sacred space and connect with your guides and healing allies to support this powerful eclipse season.

There is a solar eclipse on Saturday so this will be a grounding, centering and supportive meditation for whatever might be coming up for you around the transformative energy of the eclipse.

Make sure you are in a private, quiet space and have a journal to write your experiences down after the meditation. There will be time to share after the guided experience. The quality of energy and presence that you bring is important.
