Imbolc Sesshin on the St. Brigid's Day Weekend Jan 31st - Feb 2nd 2026

This is a non-residential zen retreat at Earth+Sky Zen, 1 Upper Gardiner St. Dublin 1. Participants will come on Saturday and Sunday at 7:30am until 8:15pm and Monday morning from 7:30am to 11:30pm. During the weekend we will practice zazen - sitting meditation -, walking meditation, meitheal - preparing food and cleaning the zen room - . We practice noble silence throughout the weekend. Roshi Mary Soshin will lead the retreat and give a dharma talk each day.
