If like me you would like to connect with nature and your senses more often during the week, join me for a short barefoot walk in the park as we start the day!

Come solo or with friends, you’ll feel part of the group either way. Not ready to go fully barefoot? Bring sandals or barefoot shoes

To help keep the group committed and avoid last-minute no-shows, we ask for a small contribution of £5
