Restorative Yoga, Sound Healing, and Reiki

Come and join us for an all new, one of a kind, full immersion meditation experience. Combining the powers of three, this unique take on restorative yoga will include sound bathing and Reiki. As we move through all seven of our chakra centres, we will reflect and clear our stagnations, connecting our body to our breath, and our highest-self/spirit with our minds. With reflection meditation led by our very own LaVerna (a local registered relationship and trauma counsellor), you can expect to walk away from our time spent together recharged and re-engaged with the very essence of what makes you your beautiful you - inside and out.

An all new collaboration between Earth Sisters Healing and Spiritual Serenity, we come together to share in our mission to create a deeply healing safe space for all. This will be an inclusive environment, appropriate for all ages (14+) and physical capacities.
