This Saturday we will explore gentle mindfulness tools that help us slow down and pay closer attention while we walk among the plants and trees.
We'll identify herbs and available foraging this time of year and what to expect.
Leave a little quieter, a little more connected and more knowledgeable about the forest.
We will walk in nature. Be prompt! We leave the trail head right at 9AM.
Get some exercise, open your heart, and meet new friends.
