This Saturday "Catkins and Sunlight."
We'll identify herbs and available foraging this time of year and what to expect.
Leave a little quieter, a little more connected and more knowledgeable about the forest.
We will walk in nature. Be prompt! We leave the trail head right at 9AM.
Get some exercise, open your heart, and meet new friends.
We will start with a short (5 min.) Tai Chi meditation. As we walk, I will point out plants, herbs, mushrooms, and wildlife along the way.
Halfway through the walk (2.5 miles) we will stop for a short gratitude meditation.
