About us
At East Anglia Speakers Clubs we aim to improve everybody’s public speaking skills, presentation skills and leadership skills in a friendly and supportive environment.
We have clubs in Bury St Edmunds, Colchester, Felixstowe, Ipswich, Sudbury and Norwich.
To give you the opportunity to develop these skills, we focus on one skill at a time. Far less daunting! They’re the self-paced assignments set by the Association of Speakers Clubs (ASC). Plus, we give you the opportunity to practise impromptu speaking which is to present a speech with no preparation at all. Although this might sound scary at first, we want to help you to overcome your fear of public speaking, and/or learn practical skills for our work and social lives. All in a supportive environment. It’s the sole reason we exist, to help you develop those presentation, group speaking and leadership skills, from the first stages.
