Free admission (First Friday)
Reservation required
Spend the evening with us at the gallery as we experience MONUMENTS, co-presented by MOCA and The Brick.
MONUMENTS reflects on the recent wave of monument removals in the United States, bringing together decommissioned public monuments alongside contemporary artworks that reframe how history, power, and public memory are understood. Shown outside of their original public contexts, these objects invite us to reconsider what they’ve represented, what they’ve erased, and what it means to encounter them now.
As always, we’ll move through the space together. After the gallery, we’ll grab a nearby drink or bite to sit, decompress, and talk about whatever stayed with us.
Ticket details:
• Admission is free because it’s First Friday
• Reservations are still required
• We have 5 tickets available on a first-come, first-served basis
• Everyone else will need to reserve directly through the museum
• Tickets are already starting to sell out, so we recommend booking as soon as possible.
Hope to see you there!
