Join Barbara Hallnan as she shares the Reiki Level 1 energy and teaching in this one day workshop. Why receive Reiki Level 1? The most important thing we can do to shift the chaotic world toward one of peace is to heal ourselves and radiate peace to others. Reiki is loving, powerful Universal Life Force Energy! In Reiki Level 1 class you are attuned to the Reiki energy, and you learn how to use Reiki for self healing. You can direct the Reiki energy to yourself for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing! What a gift!
We are working with Usui Reiki -gifted to the world by Dr. Mikao Usui. Once you are attuned to Reiki energy, you become a channel - and you direct the Reiki energy through your hands to yourself, another person, an animal or plant, or anything you wish.
The focus of Reiki Level I is self healing. So many of us rush to help others, when it is actually by healing ourselves that we become most able to help others. Reiki energy is profoundly healing and spiritually transformational. In Reiki Level I training, you will learn the history, ethics, and benefits of Reiki, receive the Reiki Level I attunement, experience Reiki energy, learn how to be a channel for the energy, learn the protocol for self healing, and practice giving yourself and other students Reiki.

I love sharing the gift of Reiki! I have seen amazing transformations in my students, and see this mantra proven again and again -- Reiki Heals You from the Inside Out! I welcome you to learn and enjoy this gentle, loving spiritual practice.
We will take a brief lunch break. You will have time to go into East Aurora to get a snack if you choose or you can bring a lunch. Fruit and tea will be provide! Wear comfortable clothing.

You will receive a Reiki Level I Completion Certificate.
