Welcome to our Xi'an Famous Foods: The Cuisine of Western China, cookbook club dinner! We are thrilled to come together and celebrate the joy of cooking and sharing mouthwatering dishes inspired by the bold flavors of Western Chinese cuisine.

This event is inspired by the fantastic cookbook "Xi'an Famous Foods: The Cuisine of Western China, from New York's Favorite Noodle Shop" by Jason Wang. The cookbook showcases the vibrant and distinctive flavors of Xi'an cuisine, featuring recipes for signature dishes from the renowned Xi'an Famous Foods restaurant.

Each participant will have the opportunity to select a recipe from the book and prepare it to share with the group. We firmly believe that cooking and dining together is an excellent way to foster a sense of community, learn from one another, and explore new ingredients and tastes. Join us for an enjoyable and delectable evening where we can delve into the wonders of Western Chinese cuisine!
