El Cerrito Recreation Center is again hosting the “Play Like a Girl” event, designed to introduce kids aged 6-11 to various sports.
For the third consecutive year, our member Magda Morton has been invited to lead an introductory pickleball session, and she needs your support to make it a success!
On Saturday September 27th, we’ll be setting up four courts to teach the basics of pickleball for a few hours. We’re looking for volunteers to engage with the kids and help them learn the game, Magda is hoping for 12 volunteers. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase how inclusive and fun pickleball can be.
