Yoga in the Park - Wellness Saturday

Join us for a one-hour beginning-level Vinyasa yoga class in the park with instructor Winona ๐ง๐ฝ, and stay for a half-hour guided meditation + journal writing session afterward. Sparkling tea and herbal tea will be served ๐ต

Things to Keep in Mind and Bring:
- Yoga mat, water bottle, towel,
- Journal: Bring your Sober Socialites journal to collect a new sticker (for repeat members) or your favorite journal you own (for first-timers)! Fun stickers will be available for all.
