"We Roll Deep" Your Saturday Wellness Reset

​Co-hosted by The Iron Mat and Malaya Botanicals, We Roll Deep is a full-day experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your mental health, your body, and your community.

Transforming one of Alameda’s favorite waterfront spots into a guided reset, roller skating rink, vendor village, and dance floor with a live DJ.

Guided yoga 🧘🏽, sound bath, and meditation sessions
Workshops on pelvic health, nutrition, plant-based healing, and more
15-minute mental health check-ins with a licensed therapist are offered throughout the day
A curated vendor village featuring local makers, wellness brands, and creative experiences

Rotating bodywork offerings including massage, reiki, acupuncture, and more (services in the BodyZone available for additional purchase)
Healthy food & snack vendors, handcrafted mocktails, and a DIY bouquet bar (all available for purchase)
A live DJ set, dance floor, and access to an open-air roller rink right here on the island 🏝️

​💬 Good to Know
Families are welcome! All ages are invited, but children must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times.
• Please bring your own skates. There will be no skate rentals available on-site.
• We recommend bringing a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle if you plan to participate in movement or bodywork offerings.
