In these turbulent times we need moments to be in community and nature to clear our heads so we can be prepared for what lay ahead. Let's take a beautiful 4 mile walk along the shore, starting by the Mud Puppys Sit and Stay Cafe.
The park provides rich bird-watching opportunities, particularly in the fall and winter when the year-round "residents" are joined by migrating field and shorebirds.
We will take a walk and then a short break at Marina Park. We will return to the Cafe where we can choose to socialize or head back home. The Sit & Stay Cafe offers Gourmet espresso drinks, coffee, pastries, sandwiches, smoothies, soups, cookies, ice cream, and their famous Road House Chili.

Check the weather because the trail is often cooler due to wind, but warms up as we head toward the Richmond Marina. Layering is your best option.
