### What is "Neon Lords of the Toxic Wasteland"?
Neon Lords of the Toxic Wasteland Total Carnage Edition (Core Rulez) is a post-apocalyptic tabletop RPG by Brian Shutter, blending '80s/'90s pop culture, heavy metal, sci-fi, and fantasy with a neon "vomit-punk" aesthetic. It uses a modified version of D&D's "B/X" ruleset with an ability class points system and fortune points that grant the player some flexibility in dice rolls. The game features over-the-top characters with a focus on style, violence, and humor.
