Hi! We are East Kent Ultimate Frisbee, a new co-ed (mixed gender) team, based on Beverley Meadow in Canterbury.

Ultimate (Flying Disc) is a fun, fast and (mostly) non-contact, 7v7 team sport, and in addition to games, we are welcoming anyone that would like to improve their fitness and disc skills, with circuit training and running around after frisbees in (almost) all weathers!

Some catching coordination, but no prior experience or fitness is required; we'll help you improve, and all for free!

The session will involve

  • warm up exercises
  • bodyweight fitness training
  • throwing practice
  • sprinting after frisbees!

Everyone is welcome (including >30s!), and studded boots and a water bottle are recommended.

So we hope to see you on Saturdays for some Free Frisbee Fitness, as well as at our periodic full team trainings on a Sunday.
