Fancy joining our weekly midday running challenge?
12km, 12 hills, all abilities welcome!
Faster runners can circle back down hills to join those behind and/or wait up top doing push-ups and/or squats to periodically regroup! Our aim is effort, not a fast time. And of course, turn back homewards whenever you've had enough!
Meet in front of Cl'haire's Hairdressers at midday sharp, for the first 1km uphill to Kent Uni, and then on to Harbledown and Thanington and back.
