Ecstatic dance is a free-form, guided movement practice where there's no choreography, no steps to learn, and no wrong way to move — just you and the music, letting your body express whatever is alive in the moment. As a curated flow of sound moves you, it becomes meditation in motion: a way to release tension that words can't reach, feel into your emotions rather than think about them, and reconnect with the pure, uncomplicated joy of simply moving.
