The recital starts at 1pm. But for those who would like a short 15-20 minute tour of this historic City church's interior I'm happy to do that before hand from 12.30. The recital will last approximately 50 minutes and afterwards we can go to the nearby Weatherspoons (Crosse Keys) for lunch.

St Michael's church organ dates back over 300 years and its opening recital in 1684 was given by Henry Purcell. The Royal College of Organists was founded here in the 19th Century and this weekly series of recitals is thought to be the longest running in the world, dating back to 1914.
