What a fantastic presentation we had this week by Lee Pritchard from Elian Property Surveys Ltd sharing lots of tips about how to maximise your EPC's, the upcoming changes, recommendations on how to manage the changes and how to access the funding that's available to help with the upgrades needed! On to next month now and our next meeting is on Wednesday 19th March 2025 at 6:30pm in our usual place at the Hilton Hotel at Junction 24 of the M1 . We're excited to welcome one of our regular attendees, Adam Wale from Aben Group as next months speaker with a truly inspiring story.
